At this time, we only ship within the United States!

Processing Time


All orders are handmade with care. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing before your order is shipped. During holidays or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the carrier
  • Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days once shipped.
  • You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.



Local Pickup (if you want this option)

If you are local, you can select Free Local Pickup at checkout. I will contact you to arrange a pickup time once your order is ready.


Delays

I am not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, UPS, or other carriers. Weather, holidays, or carrier issues may affect delivery times.


Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. I cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package is scanned in by the shipping carrier, I am no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this happens, please file a claim directly with the carrier.

 

Custom orders are processed within 1-2  weeks, depending on current workload. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email or text. Please verify your shipping address before checkout. We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or transit issues after the package is accepted by USPS or UPS. Shipping is available Monday–Friday only. Delivery times begin after processing is complete.
