Cancellations are only allowed within 24 hours of placing your order.

Digital products (e.g., templates or printables) are non-refundable.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact the shipping provider FIRST to file a claim .
